My name is Lee James Dawson. I’m 35 years old and based in Birkenhead, Wirral. I began my career as an electrician, working in homes across the area. During that time, I often witnessed properties that were run down or neglected being transformed into warm, safe, and comfortable homes. Seeing the difference that made to families and communities really stayed with me and sparked my desire to create those transformations myself.
To turn that ambition into reality, I invested in my education and moved into the property industry. Along the way, I gained a deep understanding of the many strategies available within property and learned how to apply them responsibly and effectively. I built a strong and reliable power team around me, allowing each project to be delivered to a high standard while remaining focused on long-term value rather than short-term gains.
Today, I’m fortunate to be in a position where I can genuinely add value to people’s lives. I help homeowners sell their properties in a stress-free and transparent way, support investors in building and strengthening their portfolios, and take unliveable houses and turn them into homes where families can feel safe, settle in, and create lasting memories. At the same time, I’m proud to provide ongoing work for trusted local tradespeople and contribute positively to the local economy.
